Each Player may hold only one Account on the ku9bet Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or in combination with other individuals — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ku9bet, you are not eligible to register a new Account during the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
To access the real-money features of ku9bet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. ku9bet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any Account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.
If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ku9bet immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. ku9bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
ku9bet may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, investigating a dispute, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in any request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. ku9bet may close or suspend your Account without notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of closure due to your breach may be forfeited.
ku9bet accepts deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. ku9bet aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days following approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. ku9bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages affecting mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ku9bet reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method or account. This policy exists to protect Players against unauthorised withdrawal requests.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on the ku9bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ku9bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs incurred through your bank or mobile financial service provider are your sole responsibility.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ku9bet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after providing reasonable notice. Players will be notified via the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact the support team.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on ku9bet are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from those funds.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through multiple Accounts, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes abuse of the bonus system and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and Account suspension.
ku9bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a Player has already accepted a promotion and begun meeting its wagering requirements in good faith, ku9bet will honour the terms of the promotion as they existed at the time of acceptance, unless modification is required by law or to prevent fraudulent activity.
All bets placed on ku9bet are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the market, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. ku9bet will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where required by these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account Balance in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable game rules; a technical error materially affected the odds or market data at the time the bet was placed; or the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing mistake. ku9bet's decision on whether a bet is void is final.
Odds on sports markets, including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are updated in real time and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. ku9bet reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors even after a bet has been accepted.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or Platform error occurring during a game or bet, ku9bet will take reasonable steps to determine the outcome of the affected event using available records. If the outcome cannot be determined with reasonable certainty, the affected bet may be declared void and the stake returned. ku9bet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
ku9bet reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within a defined time period. Where applicable, these limits are displayed in the game interface or the relevant market prior to bet placement. No single bet or combination of bets will be paid out in excess of the published maximum winnings limit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku9bet's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ku9bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ku9bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ku9bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. ku9bet is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
ku9bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ku9bet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
